Fleetworthy Solutions Acquires Our Safety Department

Fleetworthy Solutions acquired Our Safety Department (OSD), integrating OSD's DOT compliance and workflow automation software into Fleetworthy's cloud-based compliance and risk-mitigation platform. The acquisition is the third software integration for Fleetworthy in 24 months (joining RapidLog and TivaCloud) and expands Fleetworthy's functionality for commercial fleets, for-hire carriers, and third-party logistics companies.

RapidWorks Acquires FleetCommand

RapidWorks has acquired FleetCommand, a SaaS fleet maintenance solution for heavy equipment and construction fleets, and will integrate the product into its suite as Rapid Fleet. The acquisition brings preventative and reactive maintenance, work order management, parts inventory and compliance reporting into RapidWorks' operations platform; FleetCommand founder Marc Lichtenfeld will join RapidWorks.

Tyler Technologies Acquires Rapid Financial Solutions

Tyler Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rapid Financial Solutions for approximately $68 million in cash and Tyler stock. Rapid, a Logan, Utah-based payments platform provider with more than 1,500 customers in courts, county offices and correctional facilities, will join Tyler's Payments business unit within the NIC Division to expand Tyler's payment disbursement and card issuance capabilities for government clients.

48forty Solutions Acquires Relogistics

The transaction is 48forty's first under Audax ownership and is intended to expand geographic coverage and broaden pallet logistics and reverse-logistics capabilities across national and local customers.

Bestpass Acquires Fleetworthy Solutions

The deal integrates Fleetworthy's CPSuite compliance platform with Bestpass's tolling and payments capabilities to create a one-stop, tech-powered offering for commercial fleets; terms were not disclosed.

Fleetworthy, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of cloud-based fleet compliance and safety solutions, has acquired Viastar, a Dallas, Texas-based fleet compliance solutions provider. The add-on expands Fleetworthy's licensing and permitting capabilities, adds strategic clients and channel partners, and establishes a Dallas–Fort Worth office as part of the company's continued roll-up of complementary fleet compliance businesses.
