Command Alkon Acquires Digital Fleet

Command Alkon, a provider of software and technology solutions for the heavy building materials industry, has acquired Digital Fleet, a Chicago-based fleet management software provider previously owned by Ozinga Ventures. The acquisition brings Digital Fleet's product suite and team into Command Alkon's Command Cloud ecosystem to expand fleet management capabilities, improve visibility and logistics for materials producers, and scale Digital Fleet's solutions globally.

Powerfleet Acquires Fleet Complete

The deal creates a combined company with over $400 million in revenue (including $300M+ of recurring SaaS revenue), expands Powerfleet's footprint in North America and Europe, and enhances its AIoT, data ingestion and video capabilities.

The deal expands Fleetworthy’s compliance platform by adding RapidLog’s broad ELD/TMS integrations and accelerated log-auditing capabilities to better serve motor carriers and fleets across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

RapidWorks Acquires Visual Dispatch
