RapidWorks, a Boston-based provider of software for heavy equipment service providers, has acquired CRO Software, a Calgary-based cloud dispatch and operations management software company serving the waste management and recycling industries. The deal expands RapidWorks' vertical coverage into waste and recycling while providing CRO with capital, product and go-to-market resources; Wavecrest Growth Partners and MassMutual Ventures increased their investment in RapidWorks to support the expansion.
