Paylocity, the Schaumburg, Illinois–based provider of cloud HR and payroll software, has acquired VidGrid, a St. Paul–based interactive video platform provider. The acquisition brings VidGrid's video-enabled learning and two-way video communication capabilities into Paylocity's product suite to expand its learning management and employee communication offerings.
