Legence Corp Acquires Innovative Mechanical & Design

Legence Corp. (Nasdaq: LGN), a Blackstone-backed national MEP engineering and services provider, has acquired Innovative Mechanical & Design, LLC (IMD), a Windsor, Colorado-based mechanical and plumbing contractor serving healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education, semiconductor and hyperscaler clients. The acquisition is a bolt-on to Legence’s platform to expand its service, maintenance and fabrication capabilities and broaden its regional footprint.
