Skuid Acquires InFlight

Skuid, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired InFlight Corporation and will merge the platform into Skuid to expand low-code cloud application capabilities for human-centered employee experience (EX) and HCM integrations. The acquisition adds deeper integrations with enterprise HCM systems (including PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo and SAP SuccessFactors) to Skuid's low-code offering; terms were not disclosed.
