NowCerts, an Austin-based provider of agency management software, has acquired 20 Miles Inc, an insurance-vertical CRM and workflow automation provider. The deal will fold 20 Miles' team and technology into NowCerts' Momentum platform (including a new Fusion Automation Center product) and names 20 Miles CEO Khuram Hussain as NowCerts' Chief Strategy Officer to drive integrated AI and RPA capabilities for insurance agencies.

Advocate Aurora Enterprises Acquires MobileHelp

Advocate Aurora Enterprises, the consumer-health investment arm of Advocate Aurora Health, acquired MobileHelp, a provider of mobile personal emergency response systems (mPERS) and remote patient monitoring through its Clear Arch Health division. The acquisition expands Advocate Aurora’s consumer-facing capabilities for aging-in-place and remote monitoring, while MobileHelp’s leadership will remain in place to pursue integration and product bundling with the health system’s existing services.

ROLLER Acquires BookNow Software

The deal expands ROLLER's European footprint and brings BookNow's CRM interoperability and enterprise-focused booking capabilities into ROLLER's product suite; BookNow founder Luke Sims will join ROLLER to lead the business as CEO of BookNow under ROLLER.

Medical Guardian Acquires MobileHelp from Advocate Aurora Enterprises

The Specto team (including co-founders Jernej Strasner and Indragie Karunaratne) will join Sentry as the company integrates Specto’s mobile-first profiling capabilities into its observability product suite.
