Revera's initial portfolio comprises projects carved out and acquired from Amp Energy across Australia and the United Kingdom, focusing on battery storage, utility-scale solar and green hydrogen development.

Calera Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired ReVamp Companies, a national provider of specialty floor and surface coatings, fencing, and decking replacement and installation services, from Bertram Capital. ReVamp is headquartered in Freeport, Illinois, operates 14 brands across more than 60 locations in nearly 20 states, and Calera said the investment will support platform expansion, innovation, and continued growth under founder Jeff Gear and the existing management team.

Carlyle to Acquire Mediterranean E&P Asset Portfolio from Energean

The Carlyle Group, through its Carlyle International Energy Partners fund, has agreed to acquire a portfolio of gas-weighted exploration and production (E&P) assets in Italy, Egypt and Croatia from Energean plc. The assets — which include interests in the Cassiopea field (Italy) and the Abu Qir hub (Egypt) — will form the basis of a standalone Mediterranean E&P platform subject to regulatory approvals.
