HTD Health, a New York–based digital health strategy and development firm, has acquired CareVoice, a digital advance care planning platform that helps users document end-of-life wishes and share them with medical providers. The acquisition gives HTD an entry point into the aging/end-of-life care market and expands its suite of patient-facing healthcare tools.
