HTH Communications, through its wholly-owned subsidiary V-Tel, has acquired AirVoice Wireless, a provider of Lifeline, Affordable Connectivity Program and prepaid wireless services operating across ten U.S. states. The acquisition expands HTH’s national footprint and service offerings, enabling the combined company to provide Lifeline, ACP and prepaid services across all 50 states under multiple consumer brands.
