HFA Holdings LLC has completed its acquisition of Skyetel (Skye Telecom, LLC), adding the VoIP carrier and reseller platform to HFA's portfolio. The deal expands HFA's CPaaS, SaaS and traditional carrier capabilities, broadening its reach into enterprise and reseller markets while retaining Skyetel's existing team and platform operations.

Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN) completed the acquisition of 42 Telecom Ltd., acquiring 100% of the outstanding shares in exchange for 8 million shares of Spectral common stock (with an additional 8 million shares placed in escrow). The deal includes a contractual guarantee of at least $16 million in profitable revenue for fiscal 2025 and will integrate Spectral's AI and quantum IP into 42's messaging infrastructure to accelerate product capability and U.S. enterprise expansion.

Management said the deal nearly doubles iQSTEL's revenue, brings new wholesale carrier customers and executive talent, and will be integrated to drive operating efficiencies and margin expansion.
