Telrite Holdings Acquires Locus Telecommunications (H2O Wireless)

Telrite Holdings has acquired Locus Telecommunications and its H2O Wireless brand following FCC approval, positioning Telrite as a leading prepaid mobile virtual network operator (MVNO). Locus will continue operating from its Fort Lee, New Jersey base with roughly 200 employees, while customers and distributors gain access to Telrite's expanded offerings and operational infrastructure.
