Loop, an SCI company based in Augusta, Georgia, has acquired Moorecroft Systems, an Alpharetta-based IT staffing and consulting firm. The deal closed Oct. 11; terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was driven by Moorecroft's founder retirement and the strategic fit to expand Loop's IT staffing and ERP consulting capabilities.
