Wipro to Acquire Rizing from One Equity Partners

Wipro Limited has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rizing (Rizing Intermediate Holdings, Inc.), a global SAP consulting and systems-integration firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. Rizing, previously owned by One Equity Partners, has roughly 1,200–1,300 employees across multiple countries; the deal expands Wipro's SAP consulting and cloud capabilities and is subject to regulatory approvals.

NV5 Global Acquires GIS Solutions, Inc.

(NV5) has agreed to acquire GIS Solutions, Inc., a Springfield, Illinois–based provider of enterprise GIS application development, cloud database design, data science, and project management services for state departments of transportation and utilities. The deal, paid with a combination of cash and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 and expands NV5’s geospatial and cloud-managed data capabilities.

Schneider Geospatial Acquires PeopleGIS

Schneider Geospatial, an Align Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired PeopleGIS, a Massachusetts-based provider of the SimpliCITY asset management SaaS used by local municipal departments. The add-on expands Schneider Geospatial’s GovTech product portfolio into asset management and marks the company’s second acquisition since ACP acquired Schneider in 2022, positioning the business for accelerated growth in the local government infrastructure market.

(GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires Skyris, LLC

ASGN Incorporated has acquired Skyris, LLC and will integrate the company into its ECS segment to bolster geospatial intelligence, remote sensing and open-source data analytics capabilities for Department of Defense and intelligence community customers. Skyris, founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia, brings approximately 75 cleared technical employees and proprietary Data-as-a-Service capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
