Funds advised by Gilde Buy Out Partners have acquired Xindao (Xindao Holding B.V. and Xindao International GmbH) from Perusa Partners Fund 2, L.P., with Xindao management reinvesting significantly in the new ownership. Gilde will support the company's international growth and product/ service expansion; terms were not disclosed.

Affiliates of Viking Global Investors have acquired a majority stake in Voyado, a Swedish retail-focused customer experience SaaS platform, in a deal intended to accelerate product development and expand Voyado's presence in the UK. Voyado has grown rapidly (32% average annual growth since 2022), is profitable, and was valued at SEK 3.5 billion (~£270 million) at the time of the transaction.

Hg-backed software group Visma expanded its shareholder base in a transaction valuing the company at EUR 19 billion, welcoming around 20 new investors and raising over €1bn from new investors plus roughly €3bn of new investment from existing shareholders. Named new investors include Altaroc, Jane Street, NPS and the NYC Retirement System, while existing/co-investors providing further capital include Hg, ICG, TPG and Visma management to support continued international expansion and product innovation.
