Omnicom Group Inc. completed its acquisition of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., creating a combined marketing and advertising holding company with pro forma revenue in excess of $25 billion. The deal, which exchanged 0.344 Omnicom shares for each Interpublic share, unites extensive agency capabilities under Omnicom’s Omni intelligence platform to drive scale, data/technology integration and capability expansion.

WPP (Hill+Knowlton Strategies) Acquires JeffreyGroup

The deal brings JeffreyGroup's ~330 employees and offices across Latin America into Hill+Knowlton, doubling H+K's footprint in the region and creating the largest global communications agency presence in Latin America.

ServicePower Acquires PlusOne Solutions

ServicePower acquired PlusOne Solutions in a strategic deal that closed on June 6, 2025, integrating PlusOne's background screening and contractor compliance capabilities into ServicePower's AI-powered field service management platform. The combination will provide customers access to an expanded suite of compliance and workforce optimization tools and more than 79,000 vetted contractors across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home-service trades. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Morningstar Acquires PlanPlus Global

Morningstar, Inc. has agreed to acquire PlanPlus Global, a Toronto-based financial-planning and risk-profiling software provider. The deal (terms undisclosed) is intended to expand Morningstar's financial-planning capabilities and integrate PlanPlus's FinaMetrica Profiler and ProPlanner products into Morningstar's advisor-facing offerings; the transaction was expected to close in the second quarter of 2020.
