Dastex Group Acquires Hydroflex from Riverside-backed Platform

Riverside Europe has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hydroflex and add it as the sixth add-on to its portfolio company Dastex Group. Hydroflex, a Buseck, Germany-based developer and manufacturer of cleanroom cleaning systems (PurMop, PurWipe, PurGuard), will expand Dastex's own-brand product offering and accelerate R&D and international distribution to life sciences, labs, hospitals and high-tech end markets.
