Amazon Acquires Axio (formerly Capital Float)

Amazon has completed its acquisition of Axio (formerly Capital Float), a leading digital lending and checkout finance provider in India, following regulatory approval from the Reserve Bank of India. The deal will integrate Axio's lending capabilities with Amazon Pay Later to expand access to checkout financing for consumers and small businesses across India while Axio continues to operate under its current leadership.
