Brightstone Specialty Group Acquires RMS Hospitality Group & Fortis Risk Solutions

Brightstone Specialty Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Highstreet Insurance Partners, has acquired RMS Hospitality Group and its sister company Fortis Risk Solutions to expand its specialty insurance offerings for the franchise food, hospitality and restaurant sectors. The deal brings RMS's program administration capabilities and Fortis's third-party claims administration into Brightstone's platform to deepen expertise and coverage solutions for hospitality customers across the United States.
