APPOXIO's ~40 employees and Calgary office will join Thirdera, with founder Frank Schuster named Senior Vice President of 3D to expand Thirdera's ServiceNow UI/UX capabilities.

Accenture Federal Services Acquires Cognosante

Cognosante, which has won more than $300 million in federal prime contracts over the last two years and counts the VA and CMS among its largest customers, will be merged into Accenture Federal Services; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Cognizant's cloud offerings and adds deep Workday advisory, implementation and managed-services capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q2 2020.
