Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, an Atlanta-based integrated marketing firm, has acquired Dallas-based Technology Media Group, Inc. (TMG). The acquisition adds TMG's large-format digital printing, fabrication, embroidery, branded merchandise and commercial signage capabilities to Phase 3's service offering and expands warehousing and distribution capacity for Phase 3 clients.
