KKR has agreed to acquire Teaching Strategies, the leading provider of early childhood curriculum, assessment and family engagement tools, from growth investor Summit Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; KKR will make the investment through its Core Investments strategy to expand its education-technology portfolio and support Teaching Strategies' platform and growth.

BYJU'S Acquires Tynker

Visa Acquires Tink

Visa has completed its acquisition of Tink, a Stockholm-based open banking platform that provides APIs for account aggregation, payment initiation and financial data services. Tink will operate as a standalone subsidiary led by its existing management team and the deal is intended to expand Visa's open banking capabilities and connectivity across Europe and beyond.

Sandbox & Co Acquires PlayKids and Leiturinha from Movile

London-based Sandbox & Co acquired Brazilian children's edutainment platform PlayKids (including Leiturinha) from majority owner Movile. As part of the deal Movile will become a minority investor in Sandbox, and PlayKids CEO Guilherme Martins will lead Sandbox's expansion into Latin America.
