London-based cybersecurity services provider Saepio has acquired Milton Keynes-based offensive security specialist Ruptura, internalising Ruptura’s penetration-testing, red-teaming, and resilience assessment capabilities. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings Ruptura’s CREST/CHECK accreditations and Cyber Essentials services into Saepio, adds roughly 15 staff, and will see founder Tom Heenan join Saepio as Director of Offensive Security to expand Saepio’s offensive-security and compliance offerings.
