Cloudflare Acquires Human Native

Cloudflare has acquired Human Native, a London-based AI data marketplace founded in 2024 that connects content creators and publishers with AI developers for dataset discovery, licensing and monetization. The acquisition (financial terms not disclosed) brings Human Native’s team and technology into Cloudflare’s product roadmap to help publishers monetize content and enable AI developers to find and license high-quality data.

Workday Acquires HiredScore

Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

CloudHesive Acquires Eplexity with Investment from Strattam Capital

The deal integrates Hypertec Cloud's high-performance AI compute capabilities with 5C Data Centers' U.S. campus footprint to accelerate AI deployments, improve speed-to-deployment, and optimize performance and cost for large AI and enterprise customers.

Hightouch Acquires HeadsUp

Hightouch has acquired HeadsUp, an AI-driven conversion engine, and will integrate HeadsUp’s ML models into its Composable Customer Data Platform to build warehouse-native Customer 360 profiles and predictive conversion signals. HeadsUp co-founder and CEO Earl Lee will join Hightouch to lead AI/ML-driven Customer 360 development, expanding Hightouch’s capabilities for marketing, advertising, and operations use cases.
