Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Earthwise Environmental, a Wood Dale, Illinois-based provider of water treatment equipment, chemicals, consultation, and preventative maintenance services. The deal is an add-on to the Water Engineering platform to expand its footprint and service capabilities across the Midwest, South and Southeast while retaining Earthwise's brand and founder Robert "Bob" Miller.

Gladstone Investment and Xyresic Capital Acquire Smart Chemical Solutions

Gladstone provided equity and senior secured debt to complete the transaction; Palo Duro Capital was the seller according to advisor announcements.

ResourceWise Acquires Prima Markets

Prima Markets will operate as part of ResourceWise (now known as Prima Markets from ResourceWise) with founder Matthew Stone joining as Managing Director; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands ResourceWise's data and analytics coverage into renewable fuels, feedstocks and the low-carbon fuels value chain.
