Techniplas, LLC has acquired the Molded Products Division of Lyle Industries, Inc., a Tier 1 supplier of cargo systems, carpeted trim and molded floors for luxury SUVs and electric passenger cars. The divestiture gives Techniplas new strategic manufacturing locations in the U.S. Southeast and complementary molding process capabilities while Lyle Industries will continue to supply premium carpet to the business.

LUXIT Group (New Water Capital Portfolio) Acquires Proper Group's Pulaski, TN Manufacturing Facility

LUXIT Group, a portfolio company of New Water Capital, acquired Proper Group International's Pulaski, Tennessee manufacturing operation — an 88,000 sq ft facility employing 140 people that produces polymer automotive lighting products. The acquisition expands LUXIT's U.S. manufacturing footprint and capabilities (injection molding, anti-fog/hard coating, assembly) to support growth, vertical integration, and improved service to OEM and Tier 1 customers.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.

Technimark Acquires Tool & Plastic Industries Ltd.
