Bona AB has acquired Ezi Floor Products (VIC) Pty Ltd (EFP), the exclusive importer and national distributor of Bona products in Australia, formalized in February 2024. EFP becomes a wholly owned subsidiary to strengthen Bona's presence in Australia and the broader APAC region and to expand distribution channels including eCommerce and contractor networks.
