As part of the transaction, Nick VanWagner was named CEO and Spectrum principals Ben Spero and Parag Khandelwal will join OFW's board while the company's founding leadership remains in place.

The acquisition expands Magic's end-to-end low-code offering to accelerate enterprise digital transformation and is expected to be accretive to earnings within 18–24 months after localization and go-to-market investments.

The deal expands Google Cloud's security capabilities and accelerates its strategy to deliver improved cloud and multicloud security solutions to enterprise customers.
