Cloud security vendor Wiz has acquired New York-based cloud detection and response startup Gem Security to strengthen its real-time detection and response capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed (reports peg the price around $350 million), and Gem's founding team will join Wiz's executive team.

Wiz Acquires Dazz for $450M to Expand Cloud Security Remediation and Posture Management

WEX Acquires Payzer

WEX has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Payzer, a Charlotte-based field service management SaaS and payments platform, for approximately $250 million plus up to $11 million of contingent consideration. The acquisition expands WEX's product suite and cross-sell opportunities into the field service contractor market (HVAC, plumbing, roofing) and is expected to close by the end of 2023.

DoiT Acquires CloudWize
