Thrive, a Foxborough-based NextGen managed services provider backed by Court Square Capital Partners, has acquired ONI Ltd, a Luton-based U.K. cloud, hybrid managed IT, Cisco Gold Partner and data center services provider. The deal expands Thrive's geographic footprint into the U.K. and adds ONI's WAN, unified communications and Tier 3+ data center capabilities to Thrive's NextGen portfolio.
