Thrive Acquires U.K.-Based ONI

The deal expands Thrive's geographic footprint into the U.K. and adds ONI's WAN, unified communications and Tier 3+ data center capabilities to Thrive's NextGen portfolio.

Onex Corporation Acquires Independent Clinical Services (ICS)

Onex Corporation, via its Onex Partners V fund, agreed to acquire Independent Clinical Services Group Ltd. (ICS) from TowerBrook Capital Partners, with TowerBrook reinvesting a portion of proceeds and the ICS management team also reinvesting. ICS is a healthcare staffing and managed services provider operating across four continents with approximately 1,850 employees and will be supported by Onex to drive future growth and expansion.

Riskonnect Acquires ICIX to Expand ESG and Supply Chain Governance Capabilities

The acquisition will integrate ICIX's trading network and analytics into Riskonnect's platform and give ICIX customers access to Riskonnect's RMIS, GRC, and healthcare risk solutions; terms were not disclosed.
