ONDEX Automation, a Chicago-based automation systems integrator, has acquired PlantOPS Consulting, a provider of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and consulting services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech manufacturers. The acquisition expands ONDEX's life‑sciences capabilities and domain expertise in compliance-driven, digitally enabled manufacturing solutions; PlantOPS Software will remain independent and is not part of the transaction.
