ONDEX Automation, a Shore Capital Partners-backed factory automation platform, has acquired Automation & Control Inc. (ACI), a Moorestown, New Jersey-based systems integrator that provides factory automation engineering, industrial electrical contracting, and custom UL control panels. Blue River Financial Group advised ACI on the sale; the acquisition expands ONDEX's capabilities and footprint serving pharmaceutical, packaging, and chemical manufacturers across North America.

Oxford Metrics Acquires Industrial Vision Systems Ltd

The deal was for approximately $12 million in cash up front plus up to $3 million in performance-based earn-outs, and is intended to expand Descartes' capabilities for LSP digitization and complement its existing portfolio of LSP solutions.
