The acquisition expands ONDEX's life‑sciences capabilities and domain expertise in compliance-driven, digitally enabled manufacturing solutions; PlantOPS Software will remain independent and is not part of the transaction.

The deal — ONDEX's fourth acquisition since April 2024 — expands ONDEX's machine vision, barcode reading, robotics, motion control, and PLC programming capabilities across medical devices, life sciences, food & beverage, logistics, and general industrial markets.

The deal will bolster Doosan's AI and software capabilities by integrating ONExia's automation engineering expertise, EOL robotics (palletizing/packaging) solutions, and 25 years of automation data while strengthening its presence in the North American market.
