Horizon Capital Acquires TopSource Worldwide and PEO Worldwide to Launch Employment Compliance Group

Horizon Capital has committed £22m to launch a buy-and-build employment compliance group through the simultaneous acquisitions of TopSource Worldwide and PEO Worldwide. The combined business will offer end-to-end international outsourced payroll, Employer of Record (EoR) and HR management services across Europe and APAC, with the founders reinvesting and joining the new group's leadership team.

Shift4 will integrate Global Blue's tax-free shopping, dynamic currency conversion and payments technology into its commerce platform to expand capabilities and global merchant reach; Ant International and Tencent will become strategic partners in the combined ecosystem.
