AN Global INC has acquired AgileThought LLC and the combined company will operate under the AgileThought brand with headquarters in Irving, Texas. The deal combines AN Global's next-generation digital services capabilities with AgileThought's enterprise software development and digital transformation expertise, creating a combined workforce of more than 3,000 employees and expanded geographic coverage across North and Latin America and Europe.

TopSource Worldwide Acquires Blueback Global

TopSource Worldwide has acquired Blueback Global, a California-based provider of employer of record, multi-country payroll, entity set-up and entity management services. The deal brings Blueback founder Arden Ng and his team into TopSource, expands service delivery locations (US, Nicaragua, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea) and adds entity services to TopSource's platform, creating a combined business serving ~1,600 clients across 90+ markets.

One Source Acquires CT Solutions

Tech24 Acquires 1st Source Restaurant Services

The acquisition expands Tech24’s coverage in Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio and Arkansas) and adds a team led by CEO Travis Fogle to the platform.
