Hint Health Acquires AeroDPC

Hint Health, the San Francisco-based platform powering Direct Primary Care (DPC) practices, acquired AeroDPC, a Denver-based EMR and practice management software built for DPC clinics. The acquisition integrates AeroDPC's EMR and practice tools into Hint's HintOS membership, billing and network platform to create an end-to-end solution for DPC providers; AeroDPC co-founder Dr. Brad Brown joins Hint as Medical Director.
