The funding will support AeroCare's next stage of growth and continued M&A activity while existing shareholders (including Peloton Equity, SV Health Investors, and Morgan Stanley AIP) and management remain invested.

AdaptHealth Acquires Healthline Medical Equipment and Advanced Home Care HME Business

(NASDAQ: AHCO) acquired Texas-based Healthline Medical Equipment, Inc. and completed the previously announced acquisition of Advanced Home Care’s home medical equipment (HME) business. AdaptHealth Acquires Solara Medical Supplies from Linden Capital Partners

The transaction is being funded with a combination of debt and equity commitments (including investments from One Equity Partners and Deerfield Management) and will see Solara's CEO Steve Foreman join AdaptHealth's leadership team.
