AdaptHealth (NASDAQ: AHCO) has acquired Spiro Health Services, a New England-focused respiratory and sleep-focused home medical equipment (HME) provider formed from a merger of regional HME businesses. The acquisition expands AdaptHealth’s presence in New England and the Mid-Atlantic (Spiro operated 22 locations across eight states); Spiro was sold by PE investors Upstream Capital and NewSpring Capital.
