AdaptHealth Acquires Healthline Medical Equipment and Advanced Home Care HME Business

AdaptHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: AHCO) acquired Texas-based Healthline Medical Equipment, Inc. and completed the previously announced acquisition of Advanced Home Care’s home medical equipment (HME) business. The transactions expand AdaptHealth’s HME footprint across the Southeast and Southwest U.S., adding Healthline’s 13 branches and Advanced’s 23 branches and are expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
