Evertree Insurance Acquires Provision Insurance Group

Evertree Insurance, a technology-enabled property & casualty insurance distribution platform, has acquired Provision Insurance Group, a Michigan-based independent brokerage that serves primarily personal lines and small commercial clients. The deal brings Provision's 44 employees (including 20 producers) and its offices in Bingham Farms and Grand Rapids onto the Evertree platform as part of the company's roll-up strategy.

GrowGeneration Acquires Assets of Canopy Crop Management

Prospect Hill and KeyImpact Form Acxion Foodservice by Acquiring Advantage Solutions' Foodservice Businesses

Prospect Hill Growth Partners has acquired Advantage Solutions' collection of foodservice businesses (including Waypoint, Marlin Connections, Primeline, CSSI, Ettros/Ettinger-Rosini, Halverson Group and Coleman, Greear & Associates) and combined them with KeyImpact Sales & Systems to form Acxion Foodservice. Advantage received approximately $100 million in proceeds (mostly cash plus a 7.5% ongoing stake) and will retain a board seat; the deal creates a larger North American foodservice sales and marketing agency while allowing Advantage to focus on its core retail business.

Agathos Acquires Majority Stake in Targeted Provision

The deal provides an exit for certain existing shareholders and will fund the business’s planned growth and rollout of its tech-enabled SEND tutoring and mentoring services across the United Kingdom.

Croptimistic Technology Acquires CropPro Consulting; Series B from Forage Capital Partners

Concurrently, Forage Capital Partners invested $9.1 million in a Series B into Croptimistic to fund R&D and working capital, supporting Croptimistic's scale and product development in precision agriculture.
