Prospect Hill and KeyImpact Form Acxion Foodservice by Acquiring Advantage Solutions' Foodservice Businesses

Prospect Hill Growth Partners has acquired Advantage Solutions' collection of foodservice businesses (including Waypoint, Marlin Connections, Primeline, CSSI, Ettros/Ettinger-Rosini, Halverson Group and Coleman, Greear & Associates) and combined them with KeyImpact Sales & Systems to form Acxion Foodservice. Advantage received approximately $100 million in proceeds (mostly cash plus a 7.5% ongoing stake) and will retain a board seat; the deal creates a larger North American foodservice sales and marketing agency while allowing Advantage to focus on its core retail business.
