Freestone Partners Acquires Formwork Services and Supply (with GP Capital Partners)

Freestone Partners completed an acquisition of the assets of Formwork Services and Supply in partnership with management and investor GP Capital Partners. GP Capital Partners provided $10.9 million of financing (approximately $8.0M senior secured term debt and $2.9M common equity) and Texas Capital Bank provided a revolving credit facility to support working capital as Formwork pursues its next phase of growth.
