Freestone Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, acquired the assets of Warfab Industries, Inc. in partnership with Warfab management. Warfab, headquartered in Hallsville, Texas, provides heavy industrial repair, maintenance, fabrication and machining services serving mining, heavy steel, railcar and energy customers across multiple countries; the deal is intended to expand Warfab’s product offerings and geographic reach.
