Heater Specialists Acquires ParFab Industries' Fabrication Business

Tulsa-based Heater Specialists (HSI), a subsidiary of Energy Process Technologies Inc., acquired the assets comprising ParFab Industries' fabrication business in Inola, Oklahoma. The deal adds roughly 170,000 square feet of fabrication capacity, expands HSI's footprint in refinery, petrochemical and power-generation equipment manufacturing, and reflects ParFab's strategic decision to reallocate capital toward its Field Services division.
