Warminster Fiberglass, LLC, headquartered in Decatur, Alabama and led by President Ty Batchelor, has acquired Warminster Fiberglass, a 1958-founded manufacturer of fiberglass products headquartered in Southampton, Pennsylvania with operations in Jacksonville, Texas. The new owners plan to expand the company's product portfolio, geographic reach and distribution while building on its engineering capabilities and wastewater-management market presence.
