Zillow Group Acquires ShowingTime from Accel-KKR for $500M

Zillow Group announced the acquisition of ShowingTime, an online home showing scheduling platform and Accel-KKR portfolio company, for $500 million. ShowingTime will continue to operate as an open platform under Zillow and Zillow plans to invest in and integrate ShowingTime's touring technology to improve scheduling and touring experiences for agents and consumers.

Confluence Acquires Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS)

Confluence Technologies, backed by Clearlake Capital and TA Associates, has agreed to acquire Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS), a New York–based RegTech company that provides cloud-based compliance and regulatory reporting solutions. The deal, expected to close in Q4 2021, expands Confluence’s regulatory compliance capabilities and creates a combined cloud-based RegTech platform serving asset managers, hedge funds and other financial services firms.

Legence Acquires Corporate Sustainability Strategies (CSS)

Legence, a Blackstone portfolio company and North American provider of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions, has acquired Corporate Sustainability Strategies (CSS), a Huntington Beach‑based commercial real estate sustainability consulting firm led by Brenna Walraven. The acquisition will integrate CSS into Legence's RE Tech Advisors business to expand sustainability advisory capabilities, client relationships, and service offerings across the built environment.

CSS Corp Acquires Directly's OnDemand Business

The deal allows CSS Corp to integrate OnDemand's gig-based support capabilities with its full-time workforce and CSS Edison platform to expand digital CX, AI/ML training, and intelligence services.

CSS Inc Acquires Riverside Technology, Inc.

The acquisition expands CSS’s environmental intelligence and earth-observation capabilities by adding Riverside’s satellite-data, remote sensing, and environmental decision-support expertise.

The Arcticom Group Acquires Chiller Systems Service (CSS)

The Arcticom Group (TAG) has acquired Chiller Systems Service (CSS), a Lakewood, Colorado-based commercial and industrial HVAC services provider. The acquisition expands TAG’s mechanical services footprint in the Colorado Front Range and adds CSS’s expertise in chiller and refrigeration maintenance, preventative programs and energy optimization; financial terms were not disclosed.
