A joint venture between Sixth Street and Henley Investments has exchanged on the purchase of Martineau Place, a ~300,000 sq ft shopping centre in Birmingham city centre. The value-add acquisition gives the JV exposure to retail, food & beverage and healthcare tenancies adjacent to the Curzon Street HS2 terminal and near planned Martineau Galleries redevelopment.
