Maincare Solutions has acquired Anticyclone, a French provider of speech recognition and medical document-management software for hospitals. The deal will fold Anticyclone into Maincare as a new business unit to embed best-of-breed voice recognition and document-management capabilities into Maincare's hospital software platform and drive commercial synergies.

Main Capital Partners Acquires Documaster from Summa Equity

Main Capital Partners has acquired Norwegian cloud-native document management SaaS provider Documaster from Summa Equity, which fully exited its investment. Since Summa's 2017 investment, Documaster grew more than 15x in revenue, reached profitability in 2024, and now has nearly 100 employees and ~750 customers (primarily public sector) across the Nordics and the Netherlands. Main Capital will aim to scale Documaster further across the Benelux and Nordic markets.

PointClickCare Acquires Collective Medical

PointClickCare Technologies has completed the acquisition of Collective Medical, combining PointClickCare's cloud-based post-acute dataset with Collective Medical's real-time, cross-continuum care coordination network. The deal brings together complementary SaaS platforms to provide deeper, point-of-care patient insights across acute, ambulatory, post-acute and payer settings; terms were not disclosed.
