NICE Actimize has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Guardian Analytics, a provider of AI cloud-based fraud and anti-money laundering solutions. The acquisition will combine NICE Actimize's financial crime and compliance platform with Guardian Analytics' behavioral analytics and machine-learning capabilities to expand cloud-native AML and fraud offerings across financial institutions of all sizes.
